This is the only coaching I offer as I am a big believer in the importance of human interaction and building real connections in our digitalised, AI-ridden world.

A common question is:

'How many times per week should I train?' ​
​
Well, how many times can you? Be realistic. Less is often more, plus the chances of you consistently doing 2 weekly sessions are much higher than trying to cram in 4 or 5. And believe me, with suitable programming those two hours are enough.
​
I don't subscribe to any particular training doctrines or dogma: machines can be just as useful as barbells and dumbbells, and every movement is 'functional' if you're doing it with a purpose.
​
However, expect robust, full-body workouts where I highly encourage unilateral (single-limb) training and learning to work with your own bodyweight. ​​​

PROGRAMME
Over the years, I've created my own system of apps and to deliver coaching as seamlessly as possible.

I hope you like spreadsheets - because your programme, along with individualised instructions and exercise tutorials (filmed by me) is on one of those.
​
In fact, I love spreadsheets so much that every week on a Sunday, I sit down to run through each team member's sheet and update it on a weekly basis - new weights, new rep ranges, omissions and additions all gets delivered to you in a weekly accountability video.
​
I don't like to guarantee things for sure. But if you are consistent with your training alongside appropriate mobility work and soft tissue manipulation, I can promise you that your body will start to feel truly yours once again.
