tHE KIND OF COACHING I OFFER
I pride myself on providing a service that's all-encompassing, and extends beyond your time in the gym, which is why all coaching packages come with an individualised exercise plan, nutritional coaching, exercise library and full access to me, whether in-person or via call.
1-1 COACHING
All in-person coaching takes place at The Gym Group in Oxford, Headington.
My goal is to educate you not only about exercise and movement mechanics, but also help you forge a better connection with your own body.
All sessions last for 1 hour, including the session-specific warm-up and appropriate mobility work.
You will never be lost for what to do at the gym as your programme will contain workouts to do with or without me (complete with video tutorials).
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
All coaching packages (including online coaching) come with an optional meal plan and comprehensive nutritional support, workout tracker and lifestyle tracker.
The goal is to build a complete picture of your health, observe any trends or patterns and work with them - are you one to eat at night? Can you not stand training fasted? We can work with it.
Additionally, there is access to an ever-evolving client portal full of no-BS videos about anything and everything fitness.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is slightly different from traditional personal training - I highly recommend you have a look at the intro pack.
It is ideal for more experienced exercisers as it is done completely remotely, and those who are able to motivate themselves towards their goals.
The best part is that you are not tied to any gym, or a gym at all - I provide a programme based on the tools you have at your disposal, even if its just your bodyweight!
Your programme will come complete with video tutorials, step-by-step nutritional guidance and 4 monthly check-in calls with me where we can discuss your progress.
Outside of that, I am available for support on Whatsapp at all times for any questions big or small.
