It's super simple.
1. Everything starts with a conversation, right? So that's what we do - a no-obligation conversation about what you really need. Feel free to book that here.
2. Choose the number of sessions you would like to have per month - there's 2, 4, 6, or 8 if you really want to see me that much (you don't - I'm a bit weird). It is a subscription-based monthly package.
3. We do an in-depth movement assessment and I then write a programme for however many days you're able to come to the gym (doesn't have to be with me!). The idea is for you to know exactly what to do and when, with or without me.
4. Book your sessions - which by the way, are interchangeable with massage at the Wellbeing Clinic. You can combine massage sessions and personal training however you desire on any given month.
5. That's it. You go and do the training, while I go and do the thinking. Hopefully, with some time and patience, you can get results like these guys - have a look at some absolute weapons from my team over here.
