Running is basically a sequence of small jumps for ages and ages. And sure, if you're heavier, you'll have more impact to deal with - but there is no reason you cannot condition yourself for it. 

Don't worry, I'm not going to tell you that your foot strike is wrong, or that you need better shoes. 

Instead, I'm going to show you a couple of small, game-changing technique tweaks that could help you run longer, faster and remain pain-free -  and prove everybody wrong.
